I underestimated the power
By admin |
Sometimes, while testing different program and services available, I underestimate how effective they really are. Call it my short attention span, if you like.
Every now and then I do find a goldmine, when I take the time to really test things out. Its also because sometimes, the Techniques are not as “sexy” or “secret” as getting top ranking from using a fantastic video or some new social bookmarking wonder device.
Plain old boring reliable, but just still works. Check out the screen shot below:

As you se above, the site is only 3 months old…(barely) and has over a 1000 real visitors, all from free search engine traffic.
Don’t let anybody tell you the you have to wait for some “sandbox” to get search traffic. (The Google Sandbox is a term thats tossed around that says you can’t get significant traffic from Google, for months. sure you can’t rise to the top of a competitive term quickly, but that just normal- it takes effort)
This web site, BTW is is in a competitive market (golf) and focuses on Golf Clubs - You can check it out here: Golf Clubs (it opens a new window)
The process I used is something that anybody can do:
Article Marketing- But done on Steroids!
See I am not the paient type, I to get things moving quickly. And for article marketing to work, you have to make the articles do the work- not you!
That’s where my favorite tool comes in:
SubmityourArticle - It’s TradeMarked Article Leverage system is exactly what I used to get the traffic above. I also use it for my clients, for high priced article marketing campaigns.
It’s my secret weapon- check it out and make it work for you!
Best

A quick question here Paul. When the article is submitted to thousands publisher, will I get penalty from Google due to the identical content?
May 19th, 2008 at 8:02 pm
Hi Bovey,
Submit your article Apply’s Article Leverage (TM)- allows you to edit each paragraph, and put in a new version, so the article that goes out has a whole different version, getting around this issue.
The site tells it better than I do
One of the few services that have this.

Don’t be afraid of Google’s penalty, the more your articles are spread - the better.

SYA is a goldmine, and their Article Leverage system is the easiest way ever to re-write articles - my only complain is that you are limited in the number of articles you can submit per month. I understand a limit - but it should be higher than what it is (I think it is currently 8 per month?) But I have never had results with any other service that match SYA!

Hi Melody,
Yes I did bring that up with them as well. They did mention that you can get a second account, as an affiliate (you can only be an affiliate if you are paid member)

Hi Paul,
Great tip!
How many times do you rewrite the article and are you able to track which article directory you received the most visitors from? (I know EA has tracking built in)
May 28th, 2008 at 2:31 pm
Hi Herman,
The system allows 3 rewrites. I am also in the process of trying out a service that rewrites the articles for me, at a reasonable cost.
I will post when I have results
Paul
[ Updated: Slight change the system can actually Article Leverage allows unlimited re-writes, creating unlimited articles. Thanks to Sharon from Submit Your articles support (which is also great BTW) for this clarification.]

The word on different paragraphs, mixing and matching them. You won’t need a 1000 different versions just a few, enough so they are different. If a few are at same its ok.

Create articles about your niche. Use a resource box to link them back to your site using the correct keywords.
You need to be consistent, doing as many articles as you can. Its like writing a book…page by page.
I would change your site to pure option like this one:
http://www.SEOTraininglive.com/
and build your list……
That’s a really short explanation

if I employ ghost writer and submit one article each week constantly for my affiliate dating site can I have great results?
July 31st, 2008 at 8:58 am
i mean using submityourarticle.com article distribution service
July 31st, 2008 at 4:33 pm
Over time, yes, - see above was over 3 months before the site got good traffic- Also you need to work out your keyword text links you you want to be found in Google.
The site over 1700 visitors a month now

How many articles you submitted and distributed each months?Steve recommend only one link in the resource box and this is your url so how can i have keywords text links in the resource box again?

Is it possible to have 1700 uniques per day for site by article marketing?
August 1st, 2008 at 4:26 pm
Clarence,
1. Don’t know exactly which months, but around 20 articles -You can html links in your articles, so you can format the keyword text links.
2. Yes - If you can get 1700 a month, all it would take is do more of the same? if it works to get 1700 a month, there’s no reason why it wouldn’t work for more. Increase the work….plus do extra…approx other sites to host your articles, get them in other directory’s (steve recommends many)
With your site- I still recommend list building…..

how many articles each month u distribute using SYA service?I get my articles from ghost writers.
Steve only suggest submit maximum two articles in the same niche per week otherwise it is just a waste and bad effect also.
You mean submit the articles into other articles directories? But SYA already distribute to many instead of us to submit manually which is a time consuming job?
While using SYA will it be good to use similar distribution service from thephantomwriters.com to get wider exposure as both will have their own databsed with less overlap?

Depends on the week
Re amount of articles, depends on the quality, if they are good, why not summit more?
Yes, its time submitting, but how much long term free traffic do you want? isn’t it better to put the time in for long term reward?
(Steve recommends the good ones)
thephantomwriters.com looks expensive, at the same time test it - put an article out via there service and only there service. I know they summit to a lot of article newsletters powered by yahoo ezines- unsure if they get read…..
Having not dont this with a single site I can’t answer the last question.
Wouldn’t it better to get one site enough traffic to make a small amount and then do it again?
and again and again?
